Now that I have had an amazing workout last night. Well when I woke up this morning I was soar on my upper back and chest. Wow that was an amazing work out. Time to start day 2 Well this morning I have weighed myself and here are the results. There was no change

This workout was extremely hard I could only do 36 min of it. I will see if the longer I do these DVDs the more I will do if I can't finish one. This one is intense cardio. I know that tomarrow I am going to have a soar bottom with all the jumping and squats I just did. LOL Well tomarrow is disk 3 arms and shoulders 2 days down I really hope that the next time I do plyometerics that I go for longer then I did now. Well I will see you all tomarrow when I post day 3.

Day 1 is Chest and Back
I am really nervous about this one I have previewed this and it looks hard. I have just finished the Chest and back it was hard and a good workout I feel good. I realized how bad my wrist hurt when I do pushups. But it was amazing tomarrow is Plyometerics. Hope this one doesn't have too many pushups. Well I will see you all tomarrow to post about day 2 with my weight too see if there is any change I will weigh myself everyday.
